Legacy Run

Legacy Run uses 8 functional movement exercises with running that will work every part of the body and your different energy systems.
 
This fitness race will help your performance and all around health whether you are an avid runner, competitive athlete or fitness enthusiast.

Strenght class

Strength is the base of the Legacy system. This class is designed to increase your overall body strength in both your upper and lower body.

HIT Circuits

This class will improve you conditioning as well as burn fat and improve power. During an Energy Circuit Class there are a number of exercises that you will perform back to back with little rest for a set amount of time.

HIT complex

uses a variety of different modalities of fitness from barbells and kettlebells to using your own bodyweight this class is sure to burn fat, improve strength and build confidence.

Partner HIT

This is where you team up with another team mate to compete a workout together in a certain amount of time, a fun class consisting of cardio, strength and conditioning and team work.

HIT Strong

Strongman works your anaerobic lactic and anaerobic power energy systems. The loaded carry medley is great for working your hamstrings, lower back and your whole posterior chain.” Basically it will work as a brilliant fat burner – but improve your core strength and cardio fitness
