Best HIIT gym in Cork

Never have a set foot in a gym quite like this. Its more than a gym. Its a compete lifestyle. A different way to look at getting the best possible workout. Classes are intense and always challenging and in the end rewarding. Charlie is amazing, motivating and he really cares about his clients. This place has become a sanctuary for me. Not only for my body but my mind. Ive lost a lot of weight by putting the work in, a greater understanding of how my body works and how the food I eat affects it. ive gained a lot of confidence and I am certainly not afraid to try something or push myself and that is also down to the atmosphere and sense of family in TFW. Forever grateful 🙏 . Highly recommend, Charlie will never steer you wrong.
